aah WE WILL MISS YOU SEC4s ):

eh this is like super long time ago, but we all will never forget that moment. yay for limelight! :D
some comments (taken from trombones blog with permission heheh. thank you jo!)

"the main thing today.went for nanyang girls’ high concert band concert. at the esplanade.huge band, 10 trombones, and like, 9 flutes?the double bass girls were cool, they look tiny but they sure can play!well, considering the fact that they hire SSO tutors, i think its understandable.oh yeah, they’re like, ready steady. the gimmicks and all, they’re not afraid, just do.wow, more schools should be like that instead of hiding in one corner and thinking you’ll just die of the embarrassment if your crush or parents saw you, yeah.
gimmicks were rather cute at the last few pieces.oh yeah, did i mention, they were FAST.like when they stand for a solo or even as a section, its like -bam-, all stand.talk about discipline and pride for the band man.last time i saw it was like, what, catholic high 2 years ago?hmm (:"

"LOL the concert was GREAT!!!!!!woo~ flower power :DDyeah. the oboe soloist was COOL waaaaaay COOL xDaahhh, the concert was super nicei love ' Hymn of the Infinite Night' or smth like thatso nice :))got alot of jap songs heh((:"

"OHHH. the brass for nanyang girls high concert band (NYCB) was FABULOUS! they were AMAZING. i loved the alumni band piccolo player! gah. she is sooooo good. !! <3">"haha today i had a ex and current MD outing with yunsong to watch nanyang band concert..it was really good and it's good to see young talents playing their hearts out on stage..their music really moved me and i was really touched by their hymn to the infinite sky..."

Above it posted by Lien? I add on below...

An email forwarded by cheryl to all sec4s (I didn't receive it) from ms chong a few days ago after limelight.

Hi all!
Thanks for all your dedication, hardwork, commitment, passion,
leadership....the list goes all.... Great job and I'm very proud of you all!
I had a good time last night and was able to sleep a little better. :)
I hope you guys enjoyed yourselves thoroughly and indeed, NYCB was in the Limelight! Compliments are continuing to pour in and they are all very good...
At the same time, it's time of the year to pass down.
This year has been many firsts for the band and it just makes it harder...
I'll miss you all and do come back to play, visit etc...
I'm sure your juniors would love to see you all.
Ok, all the best and God bless!
Cheers!
Ms Chong

PS Please thank the sec 4s for me. You guys are all AWESOME!
